About KingRide

KingRide is a German-focused retailer of PIXAR electric bicycles, dedicated to bringing premium urban e-bikes to riders across Germany. We import PIXAR bikes from the manufacturer, hold stock at our German warehouse in Leisnig (Saxony), and ship directly to German customers — with no customs delays, no surprise fees, and full German VAT included in our prices.

Our Business Model

We are a commercial retailer — we do not manufacture e-bikes. Our role is to import PIXAR bicycles, store them locally in Germany, and provide German customers with:

• Local German shipping (Leisnig → anywhere in Germany in 1–4 business days)
• German VAT compliance (19% MwSt. included in all prices)
• Customer service from a European-based team during German business hours
• 2-year commercial warranty handled in Germany (no overseas warranty returns)
• 30-day return window with free DPD return shipping within Germany

We do not currently ship outside Germany. We plan to expand to other EU countries in late 2026 once our German operation is fully scaled.
