Good e-bike with a very solid feeling. The bafang motor is quiet and pulls smoothly on hills, and the dual Samsung batteries mean I do not think about range on normal weeks. I remove one star because the charger is okay, but with two batteries you need to plan overnight charging. Support replied quickly when I asked about setup.
