Strong bike and useful for everyday trips. The shimano 7-speed gears shift smoothly after a small adjustment. It is not a light bicycle, so I had to adjust the rear brake slightly after the first week. For me the range and brakes make up for it.

I remove one star because the charger is okay, but with two batteries you need to plan overnight charging. Support replied quickly when I asked about setup.
