Please send an email to support@kingride.shop with your order number. We will arrange a pickup and provide a prepaid return shipping label. Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.
What Is Not Covered
Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, unauthorized modifications, and theft.
